4. Limitation of Liability:

By participating in any Gift-With-Purchase (GWP) promotions sponsored by our partners, you acknowledge and agree to the following limitation of liability:

i. Dermaskinshop Malaysia shall not be liable for any adverse effects, unsatisfactory results, or negative consequences that may arise from the use of products received through GWP promotions sponsored by our partners.

ii. You understand that the GWP products are provided by our partners and are subject to their own terms and conditions, warranties, and guarantees. Dermaskinshop MY do not make any representations or warranties regarding the quality, safety, effectiveness, or suitability of the GWP products.

iii. There won't be any replacement or refund for damaged or missing GWPs, due to the limited quantities provided by our partners. Dermaskinshop MY shall not be liable for any disputes arising from such matters.
